Baby Steps To Creating Massive Success In Network Marketing

The key is to provide little step-by-step goals to your new downline members in bite size pieces.

For example: You want to set a goal of placing their first ad, writing their first article, or creating their first video and Celebrate their accomplishment of that goal!

Next you want to make a goal of producing their 1st lead and making that another Celebration!

We need to remember that it is a big deal to produce one’s first lead and it provides a great feeling of success. If we learn to focus on the little feats in the journey the big ones will follow closely behind.

It is vital to understand that every journey starts with the first step and creating positive energy for actions taken towards the desired destination will create an energy in your Network Marketing downline that will perpetuate and become contagious within your team!

Now that they have a lead it is time to call the lead and that is another step towards sponsoring their first rep.

The next goal would be to get one of those leads on a presentation and then to follow up.

If we start out with the only big goal in mind being to recruit someone into the opportunity the discouragement will set in if it doesn’t happen right away, but it is relatively easy to place that first ad and then to produce a lead.

Celebrating these small victories and taking these baby steps to produce massive results in your Network Marketing organization will carry your new recruits through and keep them charged up until the enrollments happen.

Remember t hat Rome wasn’t built in a day, we need to get our team to start placing bricks (ads, lead generation, prospecting calls, and so forth) and soon you will see structures appear and your Network Marketing Empire will start to appear!

So get good at teaching baby steps to your team, they will duplicate, celebrate the little wins as if they were HUGE ones and watch the momentum and culture of success become viral in your team!
