In the game of Network Marketing mastering some basic skills are critical to any type of success. One of the biggest Network Marketing tips that I can offer you is the ability to use the phone to prospect and recruit into your business.
The first thing that you must do to have success is to actually pick up the phone and Call Your Leads! I have seen it time and time again that people will get a lead with a phone number and will just email them about their business opportunity and it makes me laugh! This is simple not effective. You must cultivate a relationship and get to know your prospects pains and desires, and to accomplish this you have to have a conversation with them!
The next critical step is being able to ask questions that will allow you to see into the prospects life and what they need from you. You need to become a master of asking open ended questions that will get your leads to open up and tell you what their pain is and why they are looking for what you have to offer them.
On this this same topic of asking questions we also need to discuss the power of asking questions that will get them saying yes. This usually happens after you have sent the to your presentation or they have gone through the sales funnel. Get them feeling comfortable with positive feedback. What did you like about what you saw? So you really liked…great I love that part too! You get the idea.
Now that you are asking questions you Have To Listen to what they are saying! Don’t talk a lot! Let them spew to you all the reasons that they need your help and need what you are offering! They will tell you everything that you need to know to close the sale if you simply learn to listen and ask great follow up questions!.
Don’t sit there thinking about what you are going to say next either! Just listen and have a genuine conversation. One word of caution is not to let them ramble on and get off topic. You have to be in control of the conversation with the questions you ask and keep them in focus.
Now that you have asked the right questions and they have given you all the reasons that they need your product or service it is your job to provide them with the solution that they need that is tailor fit to them and direct them to take action to the sell. Again, you do this with questions, pause for the answer, and asking for the sell!
Get good at these few crucial tips and skills of phone recruiting and you will bring people into your Network Marketing business on a regular basis!
